Goal

Provisioning profiles that 'push' OID entries to other applications are known as ChangeLog Subscribers, meaning that they query the OID changelogs for entries having a change number greater than the value stored in the profile. Sometimes due to unforeseen reasons when the profile's subscriptions were modified from the default it is possible that a given changelog entry can cause problems in the provisioining process. This procedure can be used to skip that change,or skip all changes up to and including the current changelog entry

This procedure can be used to set last change number in Portal provisioning profiles as well as Collaboration Suite Profiles.  The example given in this note is for Ebusiness Suite.
