Symptoms
While you have your Content Server 'My Profile' Layout set to "Trays", manually type in the below URL in order to arrive directly at the "My Workflow Assignments" page and then continue from that page to browse throughout the Content Server user interface. After about 30 seconds, your browser automatically refreshes and displays the "My Workflow Assignments" page again.
