Access-log is Deleted after Redeploying with ADMIN_CLIENT.JAR with Patch 6664016 (Doc ID 602557.1)

Symptoms

In OAS 10.1.3.3 with patch 6664016 that is supposed to fix the removal of access-log from
default-web-site.xml, when using '-bindAllWebApps' commands using admin_client.jar, the
access-log entry in the default-web-site.xml file is still removed. If the AS Control is used to
redeploy the application, the access-log is not removed. The issue happens if the following
command line is used to redeploy the application:

java -jar admin_client.jar deployer:oc4j:opmn://host:6003/TEST oc4jadmin <PASSWORD> -redeploy
-file testpatch.ear -bindAllWebApps -deploymentName testpatch
