Symptoms
Weird behavior when installing core update bundle 18 with component wizard. Unsure if it is installing correctly. Component Wizard displays this message:
"Below is a list of components that this update bundle can install automatically. The check boxes next to each item select whether they will be installed and enabled if you continue. If you are already running build 114 or newer of CS10gR3CoreUpdate, then much more information about component versions and status are displayed. If you are not running a version that supports this functionality and using Component Wizard, the below display will not look good. Please either ignore the extra markup and continue or manually extract CS10gR3CoreUpdate, and get that installed and running before you install the entire bundle."
