Purpose

The purpose of this article is to give an overview of access control policies and describes how to administer directory access control by using command-line tools, such as ldapmodify and ldapmodifymt. It is also recommended to follow the references to the documentation.

This article is intended for users who want to manage access control policy in Oracle Internet Directory by using Oracle Internet Directory (OID) command-line tools.
