Symptoms

Documents are not converting and are failing the following error:

<InstanceName>: Work queue error. intradoc/server/WorkQueueProcessor intradoc/server/WorkQueueProcessor
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: intradoc/server/WorkQueueProcessor

This is the error the user receives: "Content item 'XXXXXX'' was not successfully checked in. Inbound Refinery not successfully initiated. Unable to execute service method 'docRefinery'. (System Error: intradoc/shared/workflow/WorkflowScriptUtils
