E-Business Provisioning Information Not Appearing in OIDDAS

Information in this document applies to any platform.
E-Business Suite application provisioning has been set up, however there are no provisioning options in OIDDAS.
When editing a user in OIDDAS, there is no "Next" button, thus no provisioning options are shown, , as per Step 6 "Click Next to display the Application Provisioning window" in the OID Integration Guide. Reference:
