Oid Config Assistant Fails During Upgrade To 10.1.2.3 - TNS-04603: Invalid Syntax Error (Doc ID 604669.1)

Symptoms

Applying Patchset 10.1.2.3.0 is failing on Oracle Internet Directory Configuration Assistant.


Changes

The Patchca.log shows the following error.
