After Changing the Common File Storage Location, IPM Package Attachments Still Try to Open from the Old Location (Doc ID 726397.1)

Symptoms

After moving the location of common file storage (by using the steps below), when trying to view an attachment in common file storage, an error occurs stating the path is not found.  This is occurring because the server is trying to get the attachment from the old common file storage location.

  1. Copy contents of Common File Storage from server a to b.
  2. Update Process Broker -> Common File Storage to new path in gencfg.
  3. Restart Process Broker service.
  4. Login to IBPMWeb client.
  5. Launch package.
  6. Launch Attachment.
