Symptoms
PDF Converter produces "Black & White" PDFs from native documents although the Windows printer "IDC PDF Converter" has its "Printing Preferences,Paper/Quality, Color" option set for "Color", as verified from within the current administrator's Terminal/Remote Desktop session.When logged into a Windows Terminal/Remote Desktop session as the "Log on as" user account, as seen when viewing the "IDC Inbound Refinery Service <InstanceName>" service's Properties, the same printer's option is not set to "Color".
