Error "failed to create CISPackage.cPackage" When Sending Batch in Distributed Document Capture Client (Doc ID 730008.1)

Symptoms

Sending a batch in the Distributed Document Capture client will give an error:

"failed to create CISPackage.cPackage"

The batch is successfully uploaded to the Distributed Document Capture server and processed, by the Distributed Document Capture service.  This error occurs for every batch sent by this profile, but is cosmetic only.
