Symptoms
When installing IPM 10.1.3.3.1, (using Oracle DB 10.2.0.3) and after creating two databases (one for process and one for imaging), when initializing the process DB using the Database Wizard, it is asking for an upgrade rather than an initialization. It is also showing the current DB Version as Acorde 2.0.Cause
