Symptoms
- Web Cache fails after SSL Configuration.
Call to https://hostname.domain:4443/ reports on the browser error:
"no response from application server"

Changes
- Configured SSL with valid customer wallets.
- edit entry for 'Wallet Directory' under 'Origin Server Wallet' in Web Cache.
Wallet Directory is empty by default.
