How to Determine Which APEX User, Application and Page is Associated with a Long Running Database Session

When attempting to run APEX, a series of ORA-4030 errors are appearing in the error_log:
bytes (session heap,ktspsrchche: L2s)
The database session that is tied to this error has been identified and is associated with APEX_PUBLIC_USER. How do you determine which APEX user / application / page is associated with the long running database session?
