Goal

When attempting to run APEX,  a series of ORA-4030 errors are appearing in the error_log:

mod_plsql: /pls/apex/f HTTP-404 ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 32680
bytes (session heap,ktspsrchche: L2s)

The database session that is tied to this error has been identified and is associated with APEX_PUBLIC_USER. How do you determine which APEX user / application / page is associated with the long running database session?
