Startup Error "There Was An Error Trying To Load Your Chosen Primary Logon Method" (Doc ID 733423.1)

When starting Logon Manager the following message is shown:

"There was an error trying to load your chosen primary logon method. You may want to reinstall it in order to correct this."


Usually this error message is shown after an authentication method has been removed from the Logon Manager installation (either by un-installing the specific feature, or directly removing the file).

The intent is to change the primary logon method for the user.  This occurs often during an un-tested upgrade.
