Error in WebDAV: "Server Configuration Properties Could Not Be Obtained" (Doc ID 735226.1)

Symptoms

While trying to connect to the Content Server via WebDAV using Web Folders in Windows Explorer, the Login box appears, and the user name and password are entered.  An error in a dialog box stating "Server configuration properties could not be obtained" might be displayed.
