Symptoms
During install, the OPMN Configuration Assistant fails to start Oracle HTTP Server. The following error can be seen in the OH/opmn/logs/HTTP_Server~1 log:
Also the following opmnctl command fails with the same error in the ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log:
$OH/opmn/bin/opmnctl startproc process-type=HTTP_Server
