Symptoms
This issue is specific to Safari browsers on the Mac OS
When first logging into CS and typing something into the search form that is displayed on that
page and hitting the "return" key instead of hitting the search button, an error is displayed:
Mandatory parameter 'IdcService' for POST or GET is missing. Request could not be processed. Could
not find the parameter 'IdcService'.
