Goal

An OC4J, RIDC or any misc application, on a Mid-tier, is using an SSL root certificate when connecting to an SSL based LBR or Mid-tier.

However, when there is a certificate error with the OC4J/RIDC application, a simple test with http_client.jar should be performed to isolate the problem away from the application and/or the Mid-tier container.
