IPM Process Form Displays As Partially Blank When Opened Within A Citrix Environment (Doc ID 736471.1)

In a Citrix environment, the Process form will work and display properly for a short period of time. When the form fails, it will still open, but it only displays the header of the form and the rest of the form is blank.
