Disabled EUS Is Permitted to Log in With orcleus9gsupport set to 1 (Doc ID 736501.1)

You have 10.2.0.3 database with patch 6493830. You have 9i database and OID server in your environment. Both 9i and 10g database are configured for EUS(Enterprise User Security) and registered into the same OID server. To make 9i database to honour locked/expired password policy orcleus9gsupport is set to 1 as per the <Note 459772.1>.

If you have a user which is disabled(with user attribute 'orclisenabled')  in OID server, then this user is permitted to login to 10g database if orcleus9gsupport is set to 1.

Changes

You have both 9i and 10g database registered into a OID server and have followed the <Note 459772.1>
