IPM Performance Counters Aren't Displayed in Perfmon (Performance Monitor) (Doc ID 737914.1)

Symptoms

When looking at the available counters within the Window's Perfmon (Performance Monitor) tool, the IPM (specifically Process Broker) counters do not show up as expected.

Changes

The system is likely a new install, and the counters have never been used before.
