Symptoms
While connecting to SQL Developer using existing connection, a dialog box should get displayed asking to provide new password for the User as existing password has expired. Instead of receiving the dialog box the following error is seen.
ERROR:
"Status : failure- Test Failed: Password has expired. Unable to reset password - OCI driver not available "
