Symptoms

Integrated products include:
Oracle Access Manager (OAM -Oracle Identity Server (OIS) 10.1.4.0.1
Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 10.1.4
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) ID 10.1.4.0.1

When navigating to OAM's Identity System Console > User Manager Configuration > Tabs / Users, and clicking the "Modify Attributes" button, getting the following error page:
