Archiver fails to import folders to the Collections table (Doc ID 741089.1)

Symptoms

Can not import a folder archive into the Content Server using the Folder Structure Archive component. Other Folder bundles will import correctly.

Error in the Content Server log:
Unable to import value into table 'Collections'. An error occurred with the query. !csUnableToRetriveValue Unable to create virtual folder. Item with name 'Exhibitions and events' already exists in folder '/Websites/Collection/'. [ Details ]
