Transfer Error from Archiver: "Unable to add/document folderpath~1.hda to the zip file" (Doc ID 741241.1)

Symptoms

An archive was created in the source Content Server and the administrator exported it.  Then an attempt was made to transfer this archive batch to a target (destination) Content Server, but the transfer failed with the following error message:

Transfer error for archive test_archive in collection idcm1: Unable to add /ucm/idcm1/archives/test_archive/08-sep-18_09.07.37_447/documentfolderpath~1.hda to the zip file. It does not exist. [ Details ]
