'Invalid Password' Signaled When Attempting To Relaunch Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) After Modifying Password In Previous Session. (Doc ID 741557.1)

Symptoms

After having created a standard Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) User account called <TEST USER> in ODI Security Manager with Profiles CONNECT and OPERATOR, the User connects to ODI Designer with no problem.

The User then successfully modifies his password from the Designer > File > Change Password menu item.

However, after interrupting his ODI session and when reconnecting, he is unable to successfully reconnect and a message box is displayed with the following message :

Invalid password
