DAS LOV Fails to Show User Name When Adding Members to Groups

Symptoms
- Although a user search in OIDDAS shows the uid for each user, when attempting to add new members to a group in DAS, the LOV does not display the uid for the same set of users.
That is -- login to OIDDAS as orcladmin > click Directory > click Search to search on users. The User ID will be listed for all users.
Click Groups tab > edit the group > under Members, click Add User > click Search to search on users. The Name will not be listed for most, if any, users.
- All users have the same objectclasses, and the same attributes have values
- The "uid" attribute is populated for all users
- OID Heavy Trace Debug with orcldebugop set to 511 shows "missingEdn" errors in the oidldapd*s*.log:
