Symptoms

On a new installed of 10.1.3.3.3 (080807) UCM the full text Index option is not able to build the
Index.


Indexing aborted. Unable to delete collection directories. Indexer could not create table or index: IdcColl2. Unable to execute query 'CaddTextPreference'. ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'CTX_DDL' must be declared

PL/SQL: Statement ignored
