ODI Scenarios Hang With "unable to extend table SNP_EXP_TXT/SNP_EXP_TXT_HEADER" Error (Doc ID 743700.1)

All of a sudden the Scenarios that have been executing fine start to hang in running status and error messages like the following are seen in the trace file generated by the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agent used to run the jobs:

 Or simply notice the size of your ODI Work Repository table SNP_EXP_TXT/SNP_EXP_TXT_HEADER grows very fast even though:

• Scenarios have running using log level 0 or 1.
• Or using purgelogs or manually have been deleting the session logs from ODI Operator.
