The goal of this document is to explain specific questions on how the failover to a second Request Broker works, specific to a Citrix client.

1. If a Citrix user is logging into an IPM client, and the first Request Broker is offline, how does the client find the second Request Broker ?

2. At what point does IPM change from the main Request Broker to the Secondary Request Broker?
