Goal
Upgrades from Oracle Collaboration Suite (OCS) Content Services version 10.1.2.3.x to Content Database (CDB) version 10.2.x will fail where the repository schema name is not "CONTENT". This note contains steps to complete the upgrade process for three different situations: have not attempted upgrade, upgrade failed with OCS backup or upgrade failed with no OCS backup.
