Symptoms

Receiving the below message in the IPM Masterlog when initiating the EBS to IPM integration:

Unhandled exception in ACORDEXML.get_xml SQLCODE = -4062
ORA-04062: signature of package "XDB.DBMS_XMLPARSER" has been changed
