Symptoms

 

After upgrading the Content Server from 7.5.1 to the 10Gr3 version that is using the existing Verity installation (Verity version 5.5), performing searches will fail and throw the following error:

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to retrieve search results. Error (): Couldnt find Install Dir
