Folders Component is not Moving Content to the "Local Mounts" Within the Filesystem (Doc ID 749303.1)

Symptoms

After setting up "Local Mounts" within the 'Folders_g' component, the content that get checked or moved into the appropriate folders does not get moved to the file system. There are no errors thrown by the Content Server during this process.
