Why Does IPM Transact Export Not Return All Application Fields in the Export Return File? (Doc ID 752218.1)

When providing Transact Export a limited search (i.e. not specifying all of the available fields in the application),  the Export return file does not provide a complete set of metadata.  How can a complete set be accomplished?
