Symptoms
On the Process Broker machine, when threshold scripts run, the following error message may be observed:
"Exception in Collect Action: --PRID=<PRID>--Action=XXXXXXXXX The package is not locked to this userclass ATL::CComObject<class CPackage>::RouteToEvent|PROCESS_BROKER|
