During a New Installation of a Cluster, When Starting Up Node1, "Unable to start the system provider 'SystemServerSocket'. Could not listen on address x.x.x.x port4444. Cannot assign requested address (Doc ID 757835.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

On Content Server 10.1.3.3.3 in Production:

While setting up a cluster, when attempting to launch content server on ClusterNode1 after sucessful installation of shared space and ClusterNode 1, startup of ClusterNode1 fails and
the following error occurs:

ERROR

Unable to start the system provider 'SystemServerSocket'. Could not listen on address x.x.x.x port

4444. Cannot assign requested address
