-- Problem Statement:
Folio thumbnails are not showing on simple folio edit screen. Folios is creating the image
filename in uppercase and thus cannot find the image since Unix is case sensitive.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. On a unix system enable Folios.
2. Create a simple Folio
3.. Add a document to the Folio.
4. Thumbnail image is broken
