Symptoms


When attempting to execute long running reports, the following error occurs:

HTTP-502 "Bad gateway" or a blank page

-- Configuration in web environment

<end user> -> DNS as LBR -> Webcache -> OHS

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Execute a report that runs for more than 91 seconds from rwservlet url:
http://load_balancer_host:port/reports/rwservlet?report=longrunning_report.rdf&paramform=no&destype=CACHE&desformat=PDF...

2. After 90.664 seconds, HTTP-502 or a blank page will be displayed.
