Excel Hyperlinks Not Appearing in Converted PDF (Doc ID 762498.1)

Symptoms

After checking in an Excel file that contains a hyperlink, the PDF created by PDFConverter in the Inbound Refinery does not contain the hyperlink, and the Refinery agent log states: "Excel links cannot be created. Page breaks are not known for worksheet. (Err)."
