When Logging In To An IPM EBS Integration, Error "ACORDELOGIN.login Login Was Failure" Occurs In The Master Log (Doc ID 762876.1)

Symptoms

When using IPM 10g with the Oracle Payables (EBS) integration, an error is occurring within Oracle Payables when a user hits the hot key to login. 

Failed to communicate with the Imaging Web Server

Additionally, you will see an error in the MASTER_LOG similar to the following example:

12-08-2008 14:28:06 get_xml REQUEST = http://<WEBSERVER>/ibpmweb/WebPageDispatcher.asp?id=LoginAliasProcess&Alias=<Logon_Alias>&PublicAliasKey=<AIIK><Public_Key></AIIK>+&LicenseType=FullSeat
12-08-2008 14:28:06 Failed to communicate with the Imaging web server.
12-08-2008 14:28:06 ACORDELOGIN.login Login was failure
