Error: oracle.jdbc.xa.OracleXAException errorcode: -3 in Oracle Identity Manager with Oracle Application Server (OC4J) and AQ based JMS combination with OIM (Doc ID 763610.1)

Goal

This note provides information regarding how to deal with error of oracle.jdbc.xa.OracleXAException errorcode: -3  while performing bulk load operations involving API in Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) while using it with combination of Oracle Application Server and AQ based JMS or while using JMS database persistence option in Oracle Application Server.

It has been noticed that following JMS error may be encountered while performing bulk load operations utilizing Oracle Identity Manager API in an OIM environment with Oracle Application Server and AQ for JMS handling combination:

This issue may also be noticed while performing reconciliation while using JMS Database persistence option in Oracle Application Server. This issue is specific to AQ with Oracle Application Server combination and does not happen if one use Oracle Application Server with File based JMS.
