Goal

PRODUCT: MessageQ for OpenVMS - All Versions

OP/SYS: All Supported Versions

ISSUE:

This program uses a MessageQ script file to simulate message flow to a declared message queue.

Using the MessageQ Script Facility, messages contained in the script file are delivered to the user program. The MessageQ Script Facility can speed testing and debugging of user programs by providing message simulation, message capture, and message replay.

*** CAUTION ***

This sample program has been tested using MessageQ for OpenVMS VAX V2.1, using VAX C V3.2 on OpenVMS, V5.5-2. However, we cannot guarantee its effectiveness because of the possibility of error in transmitting or implementing it. It is meant to be used as a template for writing your
own program and it may require modification for use on your system.
