Goal

Oracle TUXEDO provides libsql libraries in the $TUXDIR/lib directory. 
Because database vendors also provide a libsql with their products, a
potential conflict may occur when setting up the order of directories in the environment
variable used for linking libraries(e.g. SHLIB_PATH).
