When using TUXEDO 6.4 on an HP machine running HPUX 11.00 with an FDDI network, tmboot fails with the following ULOG message:

   CMDTUX_CAT:1578: ERROR: Could not contact NLS on lmid
   CMDTUX_CAT:1576: ERROR: No NLS available for remote machine lmid
