Goal

PRODUCT: TUXEDO
VERSION: 6.X

ISSUE:
A customer has installed TUXEDO 6.x on Windows NT 4.0 machine and properly configured it.  
Also installed is Microsoft SQL Server 6.5.  The RM file and OPENINFO/CLOSEINFO strings are correct. The TMS has been successfully built using the Microsoft-supplied XASWITCH.OBJ file.  
The server was built using the '-r' switch.  The server group has the correct TMSNAME.  But when the SQL Server TMS processes try to boot, the following error occurs:

   LIBTUX_CAT:466: ERROR: tpopen TPERMERR xa_open returned XAER_RMERR
   LIBTUX_CAT:250: ERROR: tpsvrinit() failed
