Goal

PRODUCT: WEBLOGIC

When testing Oracle database connections under UNIX customer is able to run SQL*PLUS and can successfully ping the database using utils.dbping.
However, when I use the multitierutils.t3dbping utility, receive an ORA-12154 error message. Why is this ?
