Goal

PRODUCT: WEBLOGIC

ISSUE:

With Oracle's database link to update my database, temporary table locks are created and the server runs out of resources. 
The error  is "maximum number of temporary table locks exceeded". Code ensures to close my result sets and statements when  finished. What is going on?
