ISSUE:
Description of Jolt Transaction Timeout Behavior not starting until the service call is made.


DESCRIPTION:
JoltRemoteService.call() will not throw an exception when the JoltRemoteService 
instance itself has already timed out, when you have a transaction timeout value set.  
The jolt client behavior is different from a Tuxedo client.
